Questions Before You Visit?
Location and directions. We are at 180 Michael Drive, Syosset, NY 11791. Full driving directions and a map are on our Contact and Directions page. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled start time so your game master can review rules and answer questions.
Parking and arrival. Free on-site parking is available for guests. Check in at the front desk when you arrive. Late arrivals may shorten your game time, so plan for traffic on the Northern State Parkway and nearby local roads.
Group size and booking. Most on-site rooms accommodate 2 to 10 players. Book the number of players in your group when you reserve. If your headcount changes, call or text 516.307.0888 as early as possible. Private groups and weekday bookings are available through our Private Events page.
What to bring. Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Phones stay outside the game room. Lockers are provided for personal items. Players under 16 should be accompanied by an adult. For common questions about gameplay, age limits, and cancellations, see our FAQ.
